No Refunds on Program Fees
All fees paid for academy programs, batches, camps, and events are final and non-refundable. This includes registration fees, monthly or term fees, and any add-on charges.
By completing enrolment, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
Free Trial Sessions
Trial sessions are complimentary. There is no charge and therefore no refund associated with a free trial.
Cancellation by You
- You may request to withdraw from a program by notifying us in writing at least 7 days before the program start date.
- Withdrawal does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid.
- If you withdraw after a program has started, all remaining fees for that term remain payable as per your enrolment agreement.
Cancellation or Changes by Us
If we cancel a program before it starts due to operational reasons, we will offer a credit toward a future batch or program of equal value. Cash refunds are not provided.
If sessions are postponed due to weather, maintenance, or other circumstances beyond our control, make-up sessions will be scheduled where possible.
