Free Trial Sessions
Trial sessions are complimentary. There is no charge and therefore no refund associated with a free trial.
Cancellation by You
- Cancellations requested before a program start date may be eligible for a refund of fees paid, less any non-refundable registration charge.
- Once a program has commenced, fees are generally non-refundable except as set out below.
- Pro-rata consideration may be given for long-term medical reasons supported by documentation, at our discretion.
Cancellation by Us
If we cancel a program before it starts, you will receive a full refund of fees paid for that program. If a program is discontinued partway, a pro-rata refund for unused sessions will be provided.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Transaction or gateway charges, where applicable, may be deducted.
