These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Astra Football Academy website and participation in our coaching programs. By using our website or enrolling, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility & Registration

Players under 18 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the accuracy of information provided and for all obligations under these terms.

Programs & Fees

  • Program details, schedules, and fees are as published or communicated at the time of enrolment and may be updated periodically.
  • Fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule to confirm and maintain a place in a program.
  • A free trial does not guarantee admission to any program.

Code of Conduct

Players and parents are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, and other participants. We may suspend or terminate participation for conduct that endangers safety or disrupts sessions.

Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk

Football involves physical activity and inherent risks. Parents confirm that the player is medically fit to participate and must disclose any relevant medical conditions. We are not liable for injuries except to the extent caused by our proven negligence.

Media Consent

We may capture photos or videos during sessions and events for academy communications. You may opt out by contacting us in writing.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials are owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant program. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra having jurisdiction.
