Our Commitment

  • Every child has the right to enjoy football in a safe, positive, and inclusive environment.
  • We adopt a zero-tolerance approach to abuse, bullying, discrimination, and harassment.
  • The welfare of the child always comes first.

Safe Recruitment & Supervision

Coaches and staff are selected with appropriate checks and references. Sessions are supervised by qualified personnel, and we maintain appropriate coach-to-player ratios.

Coach & Staff Conduct

  • Treat all children with respect, dignity, and fairness.
  • Maintain professional boundaries at all times.
  • Never use physical punishment or demeaning language.
  • Report any safeguarding concern promptly to the designated welfare officer.

Player & Parent Conduct

  • Encourage effort and fair play; respect coaches, officials, and opponents.
  • No abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour on or off the pitch.
  • Support a positive, pressure-free environment for all children.
